If the application is approved, this date will be reflected on the page. Alternatively, if the process was suspended, this will also be noted along with a reason. If any party wants to carry a concealed handgun in Ohio, and meets the requirements for the application, they should file the application at any time. Even if they meet the eligibility requirements, they still cannot carry a handgun until their application has been approved.
