How to add an electronic signature to a PDF
Option 1: Use PDFSimpli’s e-Signature tool

- Click on our “Free PDF Conversion” tool.
- From Google Drive, Dropbox or your computer or device, upload the PDF you need to sign or ask others to sign. Another option is to use a free PDF template for your needed form.
- Our easy-to-use PDF editor will open. If you need to make any changes to the document, you can do so here, including highlighting text, adding text or deleting text.
- When you’re ready to sign the document, select “More > Signature.” This opens PDFSimpli’s e-Signature box.
- Add your signature by drawing your name with your computer mouse or your finger on your touchpad, by typing on the keyboard or by uploading an image of your signature. When you’re satisfied with the results, click “Use It.”

How to remove an electronic signature
